  you don't say why you are inactive.. if you can control your tongue and not blurt out anything you have learned about ttatt, then perhaps no harm in agreeing to a visit if you feel the need to be polite and cooperative.

  no doubt, they will inquire as to why you are inactive.. don't you know it's the truth(tm)?.

  i can just agree with everything they say and just continue doing what im doing.. right..?

  For a little while, sure. There's only so long you can simply just attend meetings quietly without them strongly "encouraging" you to do more. I know this from personal experience.

  are all articles from jehovahs thoughts or do personal biased views poison the watchtower articles?

  imagine a brother who hates chess observing in discust two bethelites playing chess...would it be right to use jehovahs "spiritual food" to push your own warped view....yes!!.

  awake 1973 3/22 p.12 chess- "...the spirit of compitition between players can lead to unplesant circumstances...most families can keep comfrontations to the chess board...but for some the tension lingers long past checkmate...chess has been a game of war since its origin...a play substitute for the art of war...there is a danger of "stirring up compitition with one another" even developing hostility towards one another, something the bible warns christians to avoid..what effect does playing chess have apoun one?

  Too much guilt is laid upon the R & F, making them easier to control, I guess.

  That's exactly what's behind the whole idea of 'stumbling'; it's about control. It's how they get you to do something when they have no sciptural backing for it. They guilt you into doing, or not doing, what they want when they can't compel you with scripture. They accomplish this with words like 'stumbling'.

  American Rantings About World Cup Soccer (Football)

  i try ... i really try to watch football (soccer) ... it's world cup time ... i really do try.. i just don't get it ... i really don't.. yes, it's a world-wide sport.

  in most countries it is the number 1 or number 2 sport ... no doubt about it.

  it's maybe number 5 in the usa for professional sports.. from an american's perspective (i think i speak for many), we just wonder if these guys actually have testicles.

  It appears too, that hockey players only do sprints, and are relieved every 5 minutes? whereas these Marathon athletes in soccer do half - marathons 10 miles

  True. But then, soccer players don't wear pads, and aren't being constantly checked by other players.

  i was recently at a baseball game with friends and family when i learned something new.

  beer had been drunk and the men made their way to the men's room to relieve themselves.
